Beef fillet

Marinate the meat in a mixture of oil and lemon for about 2/3 hours. Heat the cast iron plate on your gas stove until it’s very hot, place the fillet in the centre of the plate for a little time (just  following your taste), turn the meat just one time without pricking it, so you can preserve the original flavor. When the fillet is well cooked, add salt and garnish with fresh green pepper.
